Hi, I’m Coach Kim, a leadership and team development coach and founder of Cultural Apex Coaching.
My experience has taught me one critical truth:

With a degree in Business and nearly two decades of experience in recruiting, HR leadership, and corporate training, I’ve developed both tactical and soft skills across the spectrum. But I wasn’t always this passionate about my work. Early in my career as Head of HR, I saw firsthand how a toxic workplace culture caused costly absenteeism and high turnover.
At the root of the problem was ineffective leadership. Leaders needed training that went beyond tactical skills; they needed to step into the leader mindset. Without it, teams suffered, and culture crumbled.
That experience sparked my mission. I founded Cultural Apex Coaching to transform workplace dynamics and help organizations build stronger leaders, healthier cultures, and engaged teams.
I have the privilege of working with leaders across industries, from private businesses to public sector organizations like the U.S. Navy. My passion is helping leaders and teams overcome conflict, improve communication, and create workplaces where people not only stay, they thrive.
